About this place
Substantially cut yet tender to the bite and rich in savory depth, the special salted beef tongue is the natural dish to start grilling at Ichisan. The menu also offers nicely marbled special kalbi and rich, miso-glazed offal; once grilled to a fragrant sizzle, they pair naturally with a cold draft beer.
Korean side dishes provide plenty of balance between cuts of beef. The selection ranges from chijimi and seafood chijimi—griddled crisp outside and chewy within—to slow-simmered beef tendon, alongside punchy kimchi and kakuteki radish kimchi. Small bites like beef tongue gyoza and tteokbokki make it easy to graze across multiple plates.
To round out the meal, the kitchen serves hot stone dolsot bibimbap with its aromatic crisped rice, comforting gomguk oxtail soup, and gently spiced yukgaejang soup. Cold noodles and bibim noodles are also on hand, providing a refreshing finish to suit the day's mood.
Located on the 2th floor, the restaurant is open from 15:00 to 23:30, closing on Wednesdays. In addition to dining in, bento boxes such as skirt steak and kalbi are available for takeout and delivery, making it a handy option for yakiniku at home.
